Field Directions: Arroyo Park (Patwin School)

There are two fields - Arroyo East and Arroyo West. One is east of Arroyo swimming pool and the other is west of the pool. Both fields have very little shade, so bring a large umbrella or other shade items to help provide shade on days that may be hot.

Please note that sometimes Arroyo West will be listed as Patwin School, as the western part of the park is adjacent to the school.

From Highway 80: take Highway 113 North. Take the third exit, Covell Blvd, and turn left (west) on Covell Blvd. The first stop light after the freeway is Sutter Place/ Shasta Drive. A hospital is on the right. Turn left at the signal and continue as the road curves to the west. Arroyo East is on your left, just as you reach the Hampton Drive left turn.

For Arroyo East, you may either continue on to park at the swimming pool (Arroyo Pool) parking lot off of Shasta, or turn left at Hampton Dr. and park along the street.

 

For Arroyo West, continue on Shasta, and either park at the swimming pool or farther down Shasta at the Patwin Elementary School parking lot. Arroyo West is between Arroyo pool and Patwin Elementary School.

 

Restrooms are available on the east side of Arroyo Pool.
