Mid July - mid August: Coaching pairs are formed. Teams are formed.
August 14, 2012: If rosters are finalized and distributed, coaches can start contacting players
August 15, 2012: If rosters are distributed, coaches can start practicing
August 20, 2012: If your player has not been contracted by this date, please email the one of Regional Coach Administrators: for boys, "rca-boys AT davisayso.org"; for girls, "rca-girls AT davisayso.org". Please include your player's name, age division, and age as of July 31, 2012.
Please do not contact us before August 20, 2012. You may see some teams practicing and hear that some friends have already been contacted, but some coaches will not receive their teams until August 20, 2012.
August 25, 2012: First games of Fall Season
September 8 & 15, 2012: Team photo days
September 29, 2012: Team photo makeup
November 3-4, 2012: Jamboree for U9/10. Regional tournament starts for U12 and older
November 10-11, 2012: Regional tournament finishes for U12 and older
