Go to www.eayso.org and log in. For returning players, click on Application for Returning Player.  For new players, click on Application for a New Player.  Print one copy (2 pages per form) using the instructions on the screen.

NEW PLAYERS:  Along with registration form, must include a copy of birth certificate or passport for proof of age.

New and returning volunteers need to enter and/or update their volunteer information at www.eayso.org, then print ONE copy (one copy, new this year) of the Volunteer Application Form and turn it in at one of the walk-in registrations. Adults must bring a current photo ID.

Deadline

Registrations must be received by June 30, 2013. Postmarks are not acceptable.

Volunteers needed!

Davis AYSO is a 100% volunteer organization. We invite you to spend valuable time with your children and help make this season a success. Soccer experience not required. Excellent training is provided to all coaches and referees. 

Coaches, assistant coaches, and referees are needed

Coaching or refereeing is an enriching experience and a great way to spend time with your child while having a positive impact on other children's lives.  We know that most AYSO volunteers have little to no experience related to soccer, so we provide excellent training and ongoing support that will enable you to be entry-level coaches or referees. As your children get older, you can grow with them by taking more training.  To sign up for coaching email rca@davisayso.org, for refereeing email refinstruction@davisayso.org or inquire at walk-in registration. 

Don't feel up to being a coach or referee?

Davis AYSO has lots of other ways you can help enrich children's lives!  We are an all-volunteer organization and it takes the help of many volunteers in many different capacities to ensure the season runs smoothly for your children.  Here are just a few of the opportunities available:

• Division Coach Administrators:  Would you like to help administer a quality coaching program in the region and ensure balanced teams?  DCAs work with other administrators in the region to find coaches and build teams for their divisions.  We will need 18 DCAs for Fall Season.

• Field Adopters:  One of the easiest jobs you can help us with if you are unable to coach or referee is to become a field adopter.  If you live around one of the fields where we play soccer all you need to do is unlock the goals and lockboxes in the morning and/or lock them up in the evening.  Even if you can only commit to one or two Saturdays a month your help will be greatly appreciated!  Fields are: Nugget Fields, Mace Ranch Park, Walnut/Montgomery, DaVinci, Westwood Park, Community Park, Northstar Park, & Emerson Junior High.  We need at least 4 field adopters for each location. 

• We are also accepting volunteer applications for:
