2015 Spring Season Registration Now Open
After following the registration instructions below, bring registration form, payment (cash or check), and proof of birthdate (if new to Davis AYSO) to one of the following walk-in dates.
Walk-in Registration at the AYSO Building in Community Park
Monday, February 16th 6:00 to 8:00pm
Tuesday, February 24th 6:00 to 8:00pm
Saturday, February 28th 10:00am to 1:00pm
Registration forms and fees received by March 1st will be guaranteed placement on a team, contingent on having enough coaches. Players will be put on a wait list starting March 2nd and will be added to teams on a space-available basis.
Walk-in registration fees: $70 ($40 for Under-5)
Mail-in registration fees: $85 ($55 for Under-5)

Fall 2014 returning player?
If you are registering a player who played in the Fall 2014 season, do the following:
Previous Season Returning Player?
If you are registering a player who did not play in Fall 2014 but who has played in a previous season, go to www.eayso.org and click on “Returning Player” (the blue letters that are underlined). Then select your child by clicking on the blue letters of the child’s name.
On the screens that follow, check to see if any of the information needs to be changed. Read each screen carefully, including any instructions at the top. Scroll to the bottom of each screen. Many of the data screens extend below the bottom of your monitor.
You will need to use eSignature to electronically sign and submit your registration. Your registration will not be complete until you electronically sign, continue to the next page and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will then have the option to print your player’s registration form. Print two copies. Mail one copy; keep the other copy to give to your player's coach.
Children who turned 4 by July 31, 2014, can play AYSO Spring soccer.
For parents who have not signed up for AYSO before, please following these instructions:
Step 1: Pre-registration is done online at www.eayso.org. Please read this special note about browser versions and pop-ups. At the Welcome screen, click on the button labeled "My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer" and follow the onscreen directions.
Step 2: You will be asked to set up a user profile by entering a username and password. PLEASE WRITE THESE DOWN. You will then use this login information each time you re-visit the site. The system uses an e-mail address for the username. Your home or family email address is usually the easiest to remember, but it does not have to be your regular e-mail address. It is not used to send any messages to you. There is another field in the application screen to enter your home or family email address.
Step 3: When asked to choose a Region, follow the directions to enter the Region number 218.
Step 4: Providing accurate and complete contact information is important so we can reach you when teams are formed and to be able to contact you when necessary. E-mail addresses are the best means of communications between the Region and our members. Please provide us with an e-mail address if you have one. NOTE: When you enter your street address, please provide a complete address including apartment or suite number and any directional indicators (i.e., North Main St. or 125th St. S.E.). Note there is a place to enter a mailing address if it is different from your street address.
Step 5: Our Region is completely volunteer run. We need your help, and volunteering affords you an opportunity to be involved with your child in a fun activity. Please indicate a volunteer position that interests you.
Step 6: Enter your electronic signature where requested (required), continue to the next page and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page, AND print two copies of the player's registration form.
Step 7: Mail one copy of the player registration form along with your player’s birth certificate or passport for age verification. Keep the second copy of the registration form to give to your player's coach.
