The below flowchart identifies the channels for which the point of contact should flow, specifically during our biggest season, Fall, where we have gender-specific teams, AND as many as 190+ teams total. In Spring, we follow the same infrastructure, however the teams are co-ed, so there would be just one DCA for each division.

 

If you have questions or problems making contact with your Divisional Coach Administrator, then you can contact the Regional Coach Administrator for either the Boys or Girls, and they will follow-up with the appropriate DCA.

 

 

For Coaches, your primary point of contact is your Divisional Coach Administrator (Boys or Girls). Your DCA will be contacting you for specific information, before the season gets underway.
