• Complete the National Referee course
• Pass the National Referee exam with a passing score of at least 90%
• Pass the physical fitness test
• Pass two assessments as Referee in a U16 or U19 game
• Pass one assessment as Assistant Referee in a U16 or U19 game.
• Provide service to the referee program
