Spring Recreational By the Numbers
7 weeks, 58 teams, over 600 players, 189 games on Friday nights, 5 parks, 87 coaches, 22 new referees and counting. Thank you to all the coaches, referees, and administrators who are helping make this season happen! Each and everyone is a volunteer.
What it Means
A whole community coming together in service of each other. An opportunity for physical activity and building connections. A whole lot of fun. All spring schedules for all programs are now available. Need some soccer in your life? We've got you! The next registration periods for playing soccer will open in May for our Fall seasons. Adult League: Play On!
Adults can play too! Our league has been enjoying sunny Sundays on the field.
Our 10U-14U Alliance teams had a fantastic first travel tournament representing Davis at the President's Cup in the Bay Area! Below are the 10UB Attacking Asteroids bringing home some hardware!
Passing the Torch: Thank You, Steve Stoddard & Welcome, Emily Kim!
For the past two years, Steve Stoddard has been the heart of coaching development in Davis AYSO as our Regional Coach Administrator. His leadership, dedication, and commitment to supporting our volunteer coaches have made a lasting impact on our soccer community. From organizing training sessions to ensuring every team had the guidance they needed, Steve’s contributions have been invaluable. Thank you, Steve, for all you’ve done!
We are excited to welcome Emily Kim as our new Regional Coach Administrator! She will continue supporting our amazing volunteer coaches.
The Lily Nisen Memorial Scholarship
