AYSO's Safe Haven Program
We take the safety of our athletes seriously. Precautions are taken on the field to prevent physical injuries, and precautions are taken off the field to ensure children and volunteers are safe in their interactions with each other.
First-time volunteers including coaches, assistant coaches, and referees must take a Safe Haven course. You may take the in-person Safe Haven class (see schedule below) or the online class on AYSOU. Returning volunteers should take the online refresher Safe Haven course on AYSOU every two years.
To register as a volunteer follow the instructions on the bottom left side of the page: http://www.davisayso.org/Default.aspx?tabid=849421.
