Querido familia AYSO otoño 2022 (English Below)

¡Estamos a menos de 4 semanas del fútbol AYSO! ¡Hurra! Esa es la buena noticia.

La noticia preocupante es que menos del 25% de nuestros 114 equipos tienen el apoyo que necesitan para poder jugar.

Eso significa dos cosas:
1) El equipo de su hijo necesita desesperadamente voluntarios: árbitros y entrenadores.
2) Todos los voluntarios deben ser capacitados inmediatamente

Si usted es o será uno de esos árbitros, debe completar una verificación de antecedentes y capacitarse.
Si es o será entrenador en jefe o entrenador asistente, debe completar una verificación de antecedentes y capacitarse

¡Envíenos un correo electrónico si tiene algún obstáculo! Podemos proporcionar asistencia personalizada. ¡El equipo de tu jugador te necesita!

Estas no son reglas arbitrarias. AYSO es una organización de voluntarios, y estos voluntarios son necesarios para crear un ambiente seguro, justo y divertido para que los niños jueguen fútbol.

Por favor, tómese esto en serio. No jugarán los equipos que no tengan el número mínimo necesario de voluntarios.

Dear AYSO Fall 2022 Family

We are less than 4 weeks away from AYSO soccer! Yay! That's the good news.

The troubling news is that less than 25% of our 114 teams have the support they need to be able to play.

That means two things:
1) Your child's team desperately needs volunteers- referees and coaches
2) All volunteers need to be trained immediately

If you are or will be one of those referees, you need to complete a background check and get trained
If you are or will be a Head Coach or Assistant Coach, you need to complete a background check and get trained

Please email us if you have any stumbling blocks! We can provide personalized assistance. Your player's team needs you!

These are not arbitrary rules. AYSO is an all volunteer organization, and these volunteers are necessary to create a safe, fair, and fun environment for the kids to play soccer.

Please take this seriously. Teams that do not have the necessary minimum number of volunteers will not play.

We are so excited to see all of our children out on the field soon- but we will all need to pull together to make that happen. Thank you in advance for stepping up and helping 1200 kids play soccer.
