Schoolyard (Under 5 Program "U5")
The Schoolyard program is different from that for older players. Take a look at the
Schoolyard Program for more information.
6U and older
Practices should start in late August. Regular season games will begin after Labor Day and continue on through the last week in October for 6U-8U. 10U teams will participate in a weekend Jamboree in early November; 12U and older teams will participate in a Regional tournament for two weekends in early November; and a few 12U and older teams will participate in an Area tournament on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Teams that win the Area tournament will advance to the Section tournament in early December and the winner of the Section tournament will advance to the State tournament in March.
All games are held on Saturdays, with the majority of the games being held in Davis. In some older age groups there may be games in Winters, Rio Linda, Esparto, Arbuckle, or Antelope.
Each player intending on playing in any of the Davis AYSO seasons (Fall or Spring) needs to be registered. See the registration tab for more information about registration.
