Important information for Referees for the 2026 Spring Season:

The Spring Season is considered a player development season with a goal of maximizing player touches.  As such, all age groups will be playing small sided games (3v3 or 4v4). Before officiating games, please familiarize yourself with the season-specific rules (coming soon). 

2026 Spring Season games will be officiated by "Match Monitors". Any referee with a Regional or above badge can referee Spring games. For all other officials, please plan to take a 2-hour training in preparation for the season.

2026 Match Monitor Training

• March 31, Tuesday, from 6-8 PM
• April 1, Wednesday, from 6-8 PM

In addition to the above training match monitors require an up-to-date volunteer application, background check (18+ only), Safe Sport training (18+ only), Concussion Awareness Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training and AYSO Safe Haven training. Instructions on completing these training requirements can be found below.
